Please read these terms carefully before using the bajj9 platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
Important Notice: By creating an account or using any service through the bajj9 website or app, you are considered to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read the entire document.
Definitions & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the bajj9 platform ("Platform"). "bajj9" refers to this website, its services, game lobby, betting features, and all related digital channels.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement. By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the bajj9 platform, you are fully agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
bajj9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Age Verification
To open an account and use services on the bajj9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
- You must register the account in your own name and with your own details.
- Each person may hold only one account.
- All information provided during account creation must be true, complete, and up to date.
- You may use the service only if participating in online gaming and betting is not prohibited for you under the laws applicable in your area.
bajj9 may request documents for age or identity verification at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until the required verification is completed.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
To create an account on bajj9, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false information will be permanently closed and any balance in the account may be forfeited.
3.2 Login Credentials Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bajj9 support immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
bajj9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- If these Terms are violated.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If age or identity verification fails.
- If evidence of multiple accounts is found.
- If an attempt is made to gain unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on bajj9 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). You can deposit funds using the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
Deposited funds must come only from your own registered mobile banking account. Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the following cases:
- If identity verification has not been completed.
- If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
- If a security review is ongoing on the account.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable to one account only once.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being cancelled.
- Some games may contribute at a different percentage toward bonus wagering.
- bajj9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- Multiple accounts or family members using the same device or network cannot claim multiple welcome bonuses.
VIP Program & Cashback
bajj9's VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier advancement depends on overall gaming activity. bajj9 reserves the right to modify VIP rewards and will notify users in due course.
Gaming Rules
7.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on the bajj9 platform are conducted transparently and fairly (fair play). The outcome of each game is determined through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajj9:
- Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Attempting to gain unfair winnings by exploiting system bugs or technical errors.
- Placing bets in collusion with other users or attempting to influence game outcomes.
- Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Conducting activity using another person's identity or information.
7.3 Technical Issues
If the outcome of any game or bet becomes unclear due to a technical error or server issue, bajj9 reserves the right to void or re-settle it at its own discretion.
Sports Betting Rules
bajj9's sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules.
- bajj9 reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or system errors.
- A maximum bet amount may be set for each market or event.
- If a bet is proven to be linked to match-fixing or corruption, the payout will be cancelled.
